Update I got my trouser which I ordered. It was not fitting as expected and cancelled but it did not take money back instead ordered trouser again with different material because don’t want to wait again 6 weeks along with it ordered another trouser. So now I ordered 2 trouser and got them now. One fits better than other don’t know why. As usual customer service was still fine but I can guess they are not happy that I cancelled my first trouser based on their expressions. I previously gave 5 star now changed it to 3. Because trouser don’t fit properly and one fit better than other. It’s pity because I seriously like suit supply material and collection. Also it’s in affordable range for me but unfortunately fitting doesn’t work for me. Saying that I might order again because I don’t find another brand in this price range and with this much material choice for made to measure. Old When I have bad experience some where once. I don't write a review until I visit same place again because it could be one off day. It proved right this time Because, my first experience with the store was bad i ended up buying suit which doesn't fit me the way i wanted it. But today went again to made to measure a pant and shirt. I met SIMON who was helpful and speaks good English also knowledgeable hopefully my pant and shirt will fit me well.

A nice and tidy store with a good range of suits, ties and shirts, everything for the better occassions. Friendly and professional staff that helped me pick out the perfect suit for me, it is also possible to customize the suit for perfect fit. I definitely recommend it if you are looking for a suit.

Suitsupply is an amazing store, wether it's your first suit or not. The personnel is very helpful and offers a great knowledge within fashion. The suits themselves are of great quality and variety. This store is highly recommended.

It seems that the personel is not interested in making revenue. After my son requested today if the shoes he was eager to buy were also available in his size, the gentleman at the counter initially answered that he would check but after ten minutes of folding and sorting the same shirt we had the impression the request was totally ignored. Unfortunately we left the shop without the intended purchase and we are not sure we will ever come back again.

A great selection of suits and accessories for men. The staff is super friendly, helpful and experienced. I will definitely visit them again and can recommend their place for anyone looking for a medium-priced good quality suit.

Excellent service, super friendly, patient and make u feel right at home. The suits and all that comes along with that are plenty in stock, a broad choice. The only thing: i would tailor my pants at a personal tailor somewhere else. Its normal that the pants that u buy are to wide for excample. I was not so happy after bringing it back 2 times. Now i brought it at a 1 man tailor shop, and he saw quickly that the tailor that did the pants was not the one that takes the measurements. And it was excactly like that. I could see that clearly to. So excellent shop to buy a suit, let the tailoring do by someone else.
