This is the first non Punjabi owned restaurant (Gujarati) I have seen in Europe so far :) I tasted the Channa Biryani and Vegetable Paneer dishes. Both tasted great! Personally, I would recommend the vegetable paneer. Each of these Mittags (Mid-day) dishes costed 7.9 euros. 2 small cons: a. I felt more rice could have been offered with the Sabzi for this price. b. The Channa Biryani requires more raitha (curd) than what they offer Nevertheless, the staff gave us complimentary heavenly Indian Tea (Chai) after we paid the bill. This is a great end to a good meal. The place is located right opposite to the Eppendorf Marktplatz bus stand. At a given time, not more than 8 people can sit inside the restaurant. The staff is friendly and accept card payment.

Really great taster menu, only around 12 each plate and came with mini portions of 6 different appetizers and the other with 6 different mains. They also have a takeout location around the corner which serves most of their dishes and we also tried. The portion sizes are medium and good for the price. Would definitely recommend trying it if you like mild indian food.

Very good restaurant! Some dishes are actually authentic and taste as good as in India. Chicken Tikka Masala is a must try. Naan was good and Gulaab Jamun was the best.
