I have lived in Germany for about 5 months now and this is BY FAR the best customer service I have had. The owner was so kind and helpful when I had trouble navigating the website and we could tell he really appreciated our business. The food was amazing, but I already knew it would be because this restaurant came HIGHLY recommended from 2 other American friends of mine (we know our TexMex). I’m very pleased and will definitely be back for more (:

AVOID! About two months ago we ordered various dishes for delivery. It was confirmed to arrive about 30-40 minutes later. Calling the restaurant after an hour wait, we were told that 'It will be arriving very soon'. Ultimately, the food arrived after over two hours! And after payment, we realized the delivery missed a major dish. Instead of agreeing to re-delivering it, I had to come and pick it up myself in the restaurant. The big guy who ran the show there was was very unfriendly. When I explained what happened, he barely listened, he snapped, and he did not apologize or provide any refund or voucher. He even made some comments about my heritage under his breath in Spanish. I was in shock. Ultimately, he said he would arrange a voucher as compensation, but to this day none of this has happened. The food itself, after warming it up, was okay but really pricey for what it is. However, this was probably the rudest person I've encountered in a restaurant in Hamburg and reading from other comments, the big guy may have been the owner which makes me feel very sorry for all their employees.

The food was great and the person serving food was very friendly. The place was full with lots of people waiting, so try getting a reservation before (we did). I felt that perhaps on the day my family and I visited, the place was a bit understaffed, as it took quite sometime to get the orders and the food out. The food was very tasty and had the authentic spices in Mexican food.

The best Mexican place in town. We tried the mixed meats and tacos. Great. Also the tacos were really good

Delicious food at a very nicely decorated restaurant. The owner, Max, is very kind and speaks several languages. The prices are very good and you don't have to wait long to get your order. The portions according to its price. It also has a nice terrace, very enjoyable on the summer days. I will definitely come back next time I'm in the area
