Good service provided by HMP Umzüge. We had full service from A to Z, 3rd floor, with elevator and 5km distance. A0ll belongings were very well protected inlcuding paintings and photos, personal belongings. Colleagues were available through mails and phone. On time on due date. Also very competitive pricing. I recommand this company indeed!

Really good service. We use their service in our relocation from Hamburg to Munich last month. Our furnitures and stuff arrived at the agreed date. We requested several quotes and the price in HMP had no competence with any other. Best regards to Herr Mau. Francisco & Elena.
I used this company to move from Munich to Hamburg in May 2015. They lost a very expensive office chair, the Aeron from Herman Miller, in the movement and they don't want to take responsibility. I've been fighting for this lost for months now, but they don't want to do anything. Basically I just lost 1500. Jörg Strüven was my contact and who organize the move. I've talked with him like million of times, but every time he's just putting me off, ignoring my calls, my emails or just saying somebody will call me at anytime in the next weeks - which never happens. In my last visit, they insinuated there was no chair and I might be inventing all this... I would not recommend this company at all. Be aware they are VERY unprofessional and VERY impolite. If you have a problem, you are lost.
