Wow what a fantastic Hotel. Fantastic location. Way more than a hotel room, we got a fantastic little apartment, equipped with a mezzanine, desk space, fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful large balcony! The hotel was absolutely spotless down to the finest detail and hotel staff were friendly, helpful and informative! Would definitely stay here again if I returned to Hamburg.

Great location, excellent standard of cleanliness. Overall lovely apartment, would recommend and would definitely stay again. Loved the classical music welcome, a nice touch with the surround sound. Could have done with more tea and coffee and a double duvet rather than 2 singles on a double bed. Hamburg is a wonderful city to visit
The location was excellent. Staff was courteous. The apartments were spacious and very comfortable. True value for money. Very close to harbour, St. Michael Church, Metro station, lots of restaurants, etc.
Excellent value. Great location, friendly and helpful staff. The room was large, well appointed. Nice desk where you can get some work done if needed. Bed was comfortable. I would return without question
