We were sitting on the top floor of the ferry in the open air. Suddenly the “captain” came down and shouted at us that we need to leave because one of our colleges had a mask but her nose was not hidden. There was no people close to us and he was literally shouting! Such service in unacceptable even in this crazy corona time- mask are not mandatory in open space/ open air and kicking people out just because their mask slide off from her nose (she had the mask on).

Summer time it's a great place to walk along the promenade and watch all this ships. I have been here many times on four month's and I really enjoyed and love this place. Many tourists and people who eat at all the Cafe's, restaurants and bars. Sweet view and take a relax here with a nice Ice Cream. When most people and restaurants moved and are closed you can site here and relaxing out of the day. When you are in Hamburg you have to visit this place at Elbe river and Landungsbruken in Hamburg. Extremely arrogant service at the ticket counter (2 Aug 2018). Asked kindly for family tickets and other options and got stupid questions in arrogant manner in return. Made us feel that customers are stupid tourists.
