The worst customer service i ever experience, very arrogant team thinking they are better than any other company's, completely misleading information in the website and once they close the sale they make things more complicated, not helpful at all, even if you read their response to the customer over this review you can feel how arrogant they are. there are more brands with much better products, I'm not going to mention so i don't be consider I'm promoting competitors

Ich habe Herrn Neumann angerufen, ob kann ich bei ihm Telescop kaufen zu erfahren, er hat mir gar nichts geantwortet, sondern ärgerlich aber , höflich mich abgelehnt

Habe einen neuen Inverter und ein 230V-Netzteil für meine alte D220-Folie bestellt. Preis top, Lieferung sehr schnell. Die neuen Inverter sind sogar dimmbar. Ein Punkt Abzug dafür, dass man von DE aus nicht mit PayPal zahlen kann. Zwar nachvollziehbar, aber etwas lästig dass es nicht geht. Ansonsten alles bestens.
