Got here on a Tuesday morning at 7 a.m. with no appointment whatsoever, for a \Ummeldung\, as we had just moved to another flat in Hamburg. Receptionist was nice, I had to wait not more than 5 minutes until I got my call and everything was done in about 10 minutes. You can't do it any more efficient and quicker than this. Thank you, Herr Koepke, and keep it up!

I went into this customer centre to register my place of living, Staff was quite good with me. I told them i don't speak german as i am new here and they guided me in English. I went there without an appointment. I have to wait for 1 hour but when my turn comes it only took 10 min to issue the letter. They have very nice waiting area as well. I will recommend this centre to all new people who face difficulty in speaking German and are new to hamburg.
