This is the place to have authentic Chinese food, so I was told. I am not able to comment on authenticity, but I can, with all my heart, recommend this restaurant. The service is perfect, attentive, fast and never pushy. The food is heavenly. Aromatic, fresh and special. If you want to try Peking Ente (the duck specialty) go for it, you won't regrett it. Surely you can have Chinese food and pay less but it won't be the same quality.

The service is professional and fast. The food comes however before the drinks. The restaurant has an old vibe with heavily decorated floor, ceiling and walls. All tables are properly separated with plastic shields and the staffs wear their masks properly. Food is mediocre though. Their price is not cheap (5 for most of dumplings, 7 for the dumplings in lotus leaf), yet the flavor is only acceptable. The BBQ related dumplings are too sweet, and the Xiao long bao doesn't have any soup in it and the dough is too thick. Mapo tofu reminds me of soft tofu in gravy sauce rather than a Chinese dish. It tastes not bad, but not what I expected.

We had a great lunch experience there last Wednesday, Sept 16, 2020. They had a great selection of dim sum, and other Chinese entrees. Everything on the menu looked delicious. It was hard to decide what to order. The inside of the restaurant was pretty, and had a nice ambiance. Service was great, and the staff were very friendly. We will definitely go back.

I was amazed with the authentic and tasty Peking duck. The skin was crispy and the wrap was very delicate and soft. It paired very well with the scallions and sauce. We also thoroughly enjoyed the other dishes we ordered: noodles , stir fried vegetables , and the steamed fish. Highly recommend

The best cantonese food experience by far. The homemade dim sums are absolutely delicious, the wok dishes are as fresh as they can get and very creative. They have a ton on items on the menu that you can't just get on every corner. Don't let me even start with the Beijing duck. AMAZING. And you can get it without preordering it - they always have it in stock, which is absolutely unusual. It is crispy and juicy, flavourful and a pure culinary delight! You can taste that the chefs know exactly what they are doing. Just the way it is sliced up for you makes it so unique. Every little pancake you fill with the crispy skin and juicy meat of the duck, the special sauce, some thinly sliced cucumber and leek is like a gift for your tastebuds. The prices are absolutely fair, the portions however are very generous. Since the menu gives you so many opportunities to try something new and special, it is easy to order seemingly too much. But magically in the end, every dish is finished. We usually hit this crazy good restaurant with a large group of friends and order a whole bunch of different items and share them. This is especially easy, because the bigger tables - for up to 10 people - are equipped with a lazy Susan, so it is easy to just give the food a spin and dig into everything that's served on large white platters. Most of the dim Sums come in the little bamboo baskets in which they were steamed. This give the whole eating experience a very different touch. If you are looking for a special food night out in Hamburg, this is the place to go!

One of the best dim sum/Cantonese food in Hamburg. At least we have been here many times and have never been disappointed. Don’t expect service here. Come here for the food!! The dim sum variety is really good and fresh. The ale carte dishes are also quite authentic.

Authentic Chinese food; get some dumplings and don't miss out on the sweet steamed bun for dessert!!! Big tables are great for meetings, events, large outings. Great atmosphere-- really makes you feel like a trip to China!
