bad service at the airport and an non-existent \busy\ hotline. minus 5 stars. but you need to give at least 1 star for a review. I suggest you rather wait at the airport for your luggage. I am waiting since 6 days now for my luggage!

We waited for 30 minutes in line and when it was our turn the man in the counter in Terminal 2 said he needed a break. Are you fu&#_-ing kidding me? This company is a joke and it's customer service employees are the most unfriendly people I have ever met.

When my baggage got lost and I tried to get in touch with AHS, every call was transferred to voicemail where I was told to send them an email, which I did. I did not receive a response and the online status of my case was never updated, either, as it turns out: As I was unable to reach anyone for 2 days, I went to the airport to speak with someone in person. I was greeted by an empty luggage area and three idle representatives, one or two more in the office - and no customers. I asked about my luggage, but they apparently had no information. When I was asked to come in and check in the back, I saw my two suitcases right away. Obviously they had been sitting there with my case number clearly printed on the tag and no one ever registered their arrival or updated my case online. Very disappointing.
