Was a great place, really peaceful
Every other castle in the region is free.. this one offers nothing and they charge you for it. For 4 you can easily get a Kebap.. it's just a tower.. nothing more.. whether worth the time or the money..
Beautiful, so peaceful and a lovely place for just wandering around and getting lost
Overall, it is a place with beautiful architecture with nice landscape( river nearby and hiking paths on small mountain). You can see the entry price at the entrance of Obenburg, the castle located behind the \Burg art university\, after walking along the forest road. If possible, it is also very nice to enter the university gate and wander around in the university. It is not really big, but is filled with artistic stuffs and relaxing atmosphere.
Fragmentary castle ruin, not much to see in the way of castle but excellent views of the surrounding Saale Valley.
