Wenn es darum geht einen Vertrag abzuschließen ist die Beratung sehr gut. Wenn man aber Probleme hat, dann meldet sich keiner. Seit ca. 1 Woche warte ich auf eine Information bzw auf einen Rückruf, da bei meinem Handy nach 10 Monaten der Akku defekt ist. Das ist kein guter Service
