Unacceptable customer service. A young employee felt the need to argue with us while at the store about a Cat which had bit the customer. The Cat belongs to the store and has for a while now. The Employee arrogantly said that the customers are at fault for letting the cat bite them, we strongly disagreed, especially given the injuries the customer suffered. While we aimed to leave the store, the employee would not stop arguing and yelling at us, at which point I asked him to leave us alone. He said no, and then even threatened to fight me! This may sound absolutely absurd and ridiculous, but it happened! How can an employee threaten a customer, no matter where you go! This is unacceptable and I recommend that people who aim to seek good customer service should stay far, far away from here. What a shame.

Not a place for international or non-native speakers. Looks great but difficult to get help, and the employees tend to be hateful toward the customers.
Extremely rude customer service/no customer service. There was no one at the store and the 5 men \working\ were just standing and talking together. We asked for help but they just ignored us and said they called a guy to help us... As if they were too busy... Then the man who came to help us (cutting a piece of wood )said he couldn't do it even though he was technically working at the cutting department at the back of the store. So we left. What a waste of time and very racist and unhelpful workers...
Clean and organized hardware and home improvement store with friendly and helpful people (cannot confirm the bad experiences described by others).
