I went here today , to vuy a door lock for a BMW E90 . The door lock is the same with e87,e60 . I asked there if they have the door lock for my car . After 5 min , he said he found one on a BMW e61 , for 30 . I said ok . I will buy it . So , we went to the car to take the door lock , but when he got next to the car , he changed his mind , the part is not for sale because after i buy the door lock , the door will remain open and the rail will affect the interior . I tryed to explain to him that i will give my door lock in exchange , so the door close . My door lock works perfect , it lock’s , unlocks but only by hand . It doesn’t opem from the remote . He said no , sugested me to search on ebay with a very agresive attitude . It was rude and screamed at me because i tryed to explain to him everything ... so , from me 1 star , until they change the rude atitude !

Die kurze Version: Nett, hilfsbereit und kompetent! Die lange Version: Jedes Mal sind alle (wirklich alle!) Mitarbeiter unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Selbst für jemanden wie mich, der keinerlei \Vorerfahrung\ mit Recyclinghöfen und Abfallsorten hat, ist durch die aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter alles schnell und gründlich abgewickelt. Egal welches Anliegen ich bis jetzt hatte, mir wurde immer wunderbar weitergeholfen, sodass ich immer wieder gerne zu Hampe fahre. Vielen Dank für Ihre Mühe und Hilfe!
