I have ordered a set of products. Delivery took 6 days (quite long, but meh... never mind). To my surprise 2 products were missing in the box. Not that it's a big loss, but lets be professional. I sent them a message right away and received a feedback after 3 days that they will credit my Gustini account for what was missing so I can use it for next orders. Nice right? Wrong. Not only this extends my waiting time, but also forces me to make another order and pay 19.90 CHF / 19 EUR shipment. Ridiculous. I requested to send the products instead (as soon as possible - in my hope). Day after they replied, that they agree to my suggestion as \they are always open to find an agreement\. Ok, I checked my account - no shipment info, no information about shipment in their email. That's enough. Reported incomplete shipment should be fixed by them immediately, without ping-pong emails. This is probably random incident, but I am personally not going to waste my time with Gustini and will not use their store anymore.

Ordered the 6 year old Parmesan and the 5 Liter Olive Oil Olivastro. Absolutely awesome. Quality of the Customer Service EXCELLENT...! As well as the 2 day delivery time. Highly recommended.
