Visited October 2018, at Hannover. The clothes might be nice. But be careful. Check the documents if you requested Tax Refund. They made a mistake that did not let us get our refund at the airport. They do not show the tax amount in the cheque. Can hardly believe they do not know how to issue it properly if working since 1954... So watch out! ..THe shop assistant Julia felt absolutely invulnerable when we called directly from the airport. With almost 1,5 hrs spent in vain at the airport in the lines we still expect our refund from the shop in Hannover. For that we submitted complaints to the tax authority, police and prosecutor's office.
