The experience here was very good. It’s easily reachable by u bahn , U5 comes here & many other busses from the southern & Kreis Munich converge here. Also, the parking on the road is also free (for the 1st 2 hours - which is more than enough) It has a huge waiting area which will be mostly crowded (thus no pics). The reception is hosted by at least 3 people at a time, so the process gets rolling faster. Infrastructure is top notch. They have a small cafeteria to ease out the waiting time and the washroom facility as well.

They were helpful to me and helped me get all the information that I needed. You can tell they know how to help expats who may not know the system. They are able to speak English. They are also kind, from what I have seen.

The Deutsche Rentenversicherung (German Federal Pension Fund) head-office for the Bayern-Süd region. The infrastructure is really good with plenty of parking and beautiful aesthetics in the premises. Right in front of the PEP shopping complex and the Neuperlach Zentrum U5 U-bahn station. The reception/helpdesk is very nice...but they speak mostly German. There's a good little cafeteria inside as well. The working staff is also very friendly and are helpful in getting the things done. Was a good experience getting a couple of my documents from here...almost a cakewalk.
