Original post: As long as you pay 100s of Euros they are on your site. However, it is an evil company who doesnt care at all about customers. They will say anything including big lies to sell you the yearly subscription. Dont go there

When I asked about Winter-offer at the reception desk, customer service was really bad. First, most of workers are suddenly disappeared when foreigners approached to the front desk. Looks like no willing to communicate with foreigners. Second, direct bad feeling from reception desk staff appeared on his face when there is question about detail offer. It impacts not to ask more info and no more interest on your fitness register. In fact I have not experienced any comfortable service for 2yrs in your fitness studio. It was first time to have awful customer service at the reception desk. No recommenation to my friends at least. Be smile on any question and be proactive welcome on any customer.
I go there for playing squash which is quite nice. As a gym it is good but very expensive. The only motivation for me to register for its gym would be its child care program.

Im Falle einer ausgesprochenen Kündigung in Bezug auf einen laufenden Mitgliedsvertrag wird nicht das vertraglich festgehaltene Kündigungsdatum bestätigt, sondern darauf verwiesen, dass der Beendigungszeitpunkt auf bisher noch unbestimmte Zeit verlängert wird, aufsummiert auf die Zeiträume der angeordneten Schließungen in Verbindung mit der Corona Pandemie. Mitgliedsbeiträge werden in den Zeiträumen der behördlichen Schließungen allerdings nicht eingezogen. Es wurde weder darauf hingewiesen noch wird ein alternatives Procedere angeboten. Was Ihnen bleibt, ist die Ungewissheit, dass nicht absehbar ist, wann Ihr Vertrag tatsächlich endet.
