Very short waiting times, very friendly staff. Dr Krämer was personable, took me and my issues seriously, made me feel at ease. Seems competent and thorough. Would definitely recommend him.

Very arrogant and un interested doctor. He do not listen to you properly and look annoyed when you ask any question. Never ever go to him.

Despite providing the EHIC (European Heath Insurance Card) before seeing the doctor, payment was requested at the end of the treatment for services that should have been free or came at a reduced price. At no point was a warning given that the practice would choose not to comply with the scheme and charge the full cost. Otherwise, the medical treatment was good.

Always friendly stuff, Dr. Krämer solved my inquiries straight to business and gave me advises to follow a healthier lifestyle. (ps. I visited many other doctors in Berlin, and for now I found my favourite here)

I see Mr. Roland Krämer's attention as incompetent, to say the least. He is arrogant, condescending, doesn't give any valuable input, and just wants to rush through his patients. I wanted to have a blood test, which he refused at first, because he thought my symptoms did not require one. Finally, he conceded reluctantly, and after the results were out, he basically refused to answer my questions about the content of the paper (which of course, I don't understand at all). He minimized my situation, and made me feel like I was wasting his time. Not going back there!
