We had made an appointment for a testdrive. The friendly staff at the welcome desk was fine, but the salesman ignored us even though we had an appointment. This is the second time at this dealership, so we decided to leave without trying the car. First time we did wait for the car. But even though we had an appointment the car was not ready, and when it finally was ready the tank was almost empty. We decided on another brand.

Ich war bisher drei Mal mit meiner B-Klasse (W245) hier in der Werkstatt. Das Auto ist nicht von dort und es ist von 2011, also schon etwas älter. Ich gehöre keineswegs zur Premium-Kundschaft, die hier wahrscheinlich sonst so vorspricht. Dennoch bin ich jedes Mal sehr freundlich bedient worden und mir wurde Zeit und ein offenes Ohr geschenkt. Alle Arbeiten wurden höchst zuverlässig durchgeführt, genannte Preise eingehalten. Was will mehr, ich komme gerne zu Bähr...;-)
