Walked not knowing the machines they have. I was not familiar with the brand names of their sewing machines. The gentleman behind the counter was ever so nice. He pulled out the one I was eyeballing and we tested it on the spot. Said if I had any problems to just come see him and we will work it out. I was sold! Great machine. Cannot wait to get back to sewing again. Now I just need to find a few patterns to test out and get these sewing bones working again! Oh, they have all the threads and materials you could need. Not to mention all types of yarn crafts. Go check them out. Awesome people.

Sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Kundenservice durch den Chef persönlich. Sehr gute Einführung durch die neu gekaufte Nähmaschine. Und die Maschine ist einfach der Wahnsinn. Weiß nicht wann ich das letzte Mal so glücklich über einen Einkauf war.
