Kärcher in my opinion produces some of the best product related to cleaning. The outlet has both commercial/industrial and domestic products available in stock. The range of spares is also extensive and should the spare part not be in stock, delivery can be arranged for the following day. The service was fast and professional with the contact person knowing part numbers and availability without having to look it up. Interesting that purchasing directly from the Kärcher outlet cost 15% more than purchasing on Amazon. Other than the extra costs, the experience was very good and I was satisfied with the support from Kärcher.
