It's quite relaxing. Nice location. The temperature is a bit too cold although the whirlpool is quite warm (35C) and relaxing, however the other two are just a bit cold (one is 34C and the other is 32C). The smell of the aroma bath in my opinion is not the best (it smells kinda like medicine to me) The place you can put your towels is very chilly. But the overall experience is quite good.

A good option if you have small kids (which are not allowed at Caracalla) We went there with our 3yo and she loved it! Also, the restaurant was better than we expected and not very expensive.

Very relaxing experience. We went there for the sauna. The entry didn’t cost more than other similar places and it included everything. We got a bracelet/chip that let us in and we could use it to pay for drinks/food at the bar (for which we payed on the way out). Food and drinks were decent for the price although I would expect a spa place to offer free water and some healthy options (fresh juice? Fresh fruit? Granola?). I don’t know if there was the possibility to rent towels and robes; we brought our own. Of course all other customers are naked so you should be too. And wear sandals. On every corner there is a screen that explains the special activities taking place (one every 15 mins or so) that include salt peeling, scented steam, etc.. But even if you give those a miss, there is plenty to do. We were there for almost 5 hours and still didn’t manage to do everything. It’s also worth noting that even though we went during “peak time”, it was not too crowded. Never had to walk away from a sauna room because there was no room. Parking was decently easy (and free) and the staff were very friendly.

A wonderful sauna complex. Initially I was planning to visit this sauna on my way back from Italy. Reading the mixed reviews made me doubt and for a moment a considered going to another spa. I am glad I did go to this one. It's clean, beautiful and personal. The showers are some of the best I've experienced so far (and I have visited quite a few saunas over the years). The aufguss program is great. Every half an hour there is an aufguss somewhere in the complex. And even the automatic aufguss is good. The cold bath could be a little colder in my opinion. They also offer two types of fresh pressed juices (apple-carrot and apple-ginger-lemon). The venue offers lots of free parking spaces. I'll definitely go back sometime if I need to go this way again.
