Great service for tickets for Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau. You can buy tickets in advance on the website and they deliver them to your hotel. I am a local and I always use this service for my friends who come and want to visit the castles. Can recommend 100%. Used it several times in the past year.

If you’re visiting during Christmas-New Years there are two things you need to do when you get here: 1) buy the skip the line ticket for the castle. Seriously, it’s not worth it to wait in a line out in the cold for a 30-min tour of the castle. Instead, use that time to walk around the village and have a wonderful meal instead. 2) buy the Gipfelglück schnaps that they sell. I cannot stress enough how good they are. We bought the Nach Achte (Chocolate Mint) and we regret deeply that we didn’t buy more when we left. It’s 3.50 and so worth your money not even accounting that the price is 3/4x higher for shipping if you buy it online. Other than that Ruth and everyone who helped us was a delight and were very helpful!

They offer to buy the tickets for the Castles at their office because according to them there are no tickets available at the Ticket Center. In my case that was not the case. I bought the Neuschwanstein Castle tickets from them for the 4 pm entrance when I could have bought them at the Ticket Center cheaper and for an earlier entrance. This misleading information made me very upset.

Wir hatten eine super Erfahrung mit dem Travel Center Füssen. Es gab keine Neuschwanstein Tickets mehr im Haupt-Shop, aber im Travel Center gab es online noch welche (mit einer minimalen Bearbeitungsgebühr fürs Abholen und Organisieren). Bestellung ging online, einfache Zahlung online und dann 90min vor der Führung im Ticket Center (direkt im Bahnhof Füssen) abholen. Hätte nie gedacht, dass das so einfach und unkompliziert klappen kann. Danke!

Inkompetent, herablassend und so kundenunfreundlich wie ich es noch nie bei einem \Servicecenter\ erlebt habe Erst Fehler machen und dann auch noch frech werden und dem Kunden die Schuld für eigene Fehler aufdrücken wollen. Wenn man dabei wenigstens rhetorisches Geschick aufweisen würde, aber diese plumpe und einfallslose Art ist nicht mal amüsant
