There is a virus crisis known as COVID 19. When there is a crisis, people should learn how to communicate using the telephone, email, or post to save people having to travel directly to the Kinderheim. Also, when hiring people, communication and service is very important. Unfortuantely, the Kinderheim fails to meet even the basic communication needs and requires persons to come to the Kinderheim. The two stars are given because maybe the Kinderheim provides some services and lacks other important responsibilities. Time for an overhaul of the personnel responsible for effective communication.
