We love the ferry. Quick, quiet, cheerful staff, lots of fun with visitors. Wish it ran a little later on weekends so we could have dinner in Germany now and then.

one of the ferrymen was rude and aggressive to lone female. I bought ticket and he was so aggressive I had to get off the ferry as I did not feel safe.

Ferry does what it's made to do. Price is okay compared to alternative routes. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE FERRY IF YOUR CAR IS LOWERED. You will ruin a bumper, and possibly an exhaust. Learn from my mistakes.
