We were half way into our 1900km road trip back to the UK when we encountered car troubles. We drove towards the nearest Citroen garage and were very stressed about how we would get our car fixed abroad especially as we do not speak German. We feel so fortunate that we ended up at the Friedrich Rolf Garage as they correctly diagnosed & fixed the fault as soon as they could to get us back on the road. Mr Grupe was very understanding about our situation and the customer experience received from him was first class. He kept us informed at all times about the progress. He was very polite, very professional, very knowledgeable. His English was excellent which made the whole situation easy for us. We completed our 800km back to UK and the car has been driving beautifully. Thank you very much!
