Accepts all credit cards! (And that is special in Germany!). Ate a nice salad and drank a cocktail. Nice place though the location is not spectacular (it's nice), I thought the personal was friendly, the food good and very clean. There are some lounge seats too.

A small kiosk with many to-go items, coffee and snacks. I had the ice coffee that had a vanilla ice cream scoop of low quality that had pieces of ice in it. It was probably thawed once but still served to us. The pond is just okay.
Everything you look for when you think of \a peaceful afternoon by a lake.\ The water is crystal clear, you are surrounded by green, you can either get crispy under the sun, or lay back and enjoy the breeze in a shaded spot. You can even eat and drunk at the small catering car, prices are reasonable for a Strand. The place is just the right size, big enough so people wont be cramped, but not too big, so you wont be bothered by othets every two minutes. Only negative i have is you cant bring in pets (besides your husband). It's understandable, but still sad.
Nice place to have a beer, swim and watch the beautiful views.Can be a problem to find parking space on a hot day.
