Excellent service. On the road to our holiday in Italy our A/C broke down. They squeezed us in and fixed our car in less than an hour. While we waited our kids could play with the toys in the waiting area. When they started running through the showroom the staff was really patient and friendly with them. My German is quite poor, luckily their English was great!

Terrible service and a rip off! We were stranded with our car in Freiburg and went to this garage at 9.00 AM. We kindly requested them to make a diagnosis by reading the computer before starting any mechanical work on the car. This would help us to determine if we should arrange a replacement vehicle in case the problem could not be fixed in a short matter of time. They asked us to take a seat until further notice. After 2 hours waiting, we asked the garage for an update and they told us that they will take a look at the car around 3.00 PM. After a lunch in Freiburg city center, we went back to the garage to check the progress. The car was in the workshop and they were working on it and made a test drive and the problem on the car seems to be solved. So we waited for the invoice which took very long. The invoice of 200,- was unclear and they were not able to explain what work they have performed. We paid and continued our journey to Italy and after 30 kilometers all warning signs popped up again! We found out that the garage only erased the error from the computer for 200,- and they did not solve the real problem! The real problem (a broken turbo valve) was fixed by a Garage in Italy for only 160,-!
