I was greeted curteously at the entrance and in the keyboard section. In the guitar section, no greeting, no offer to help, and then, with some accessories in hand, I waited 5 minutes for someone to take my money. I was neither acknowledged nor served. Good luck with that kind of customer service, especially in these times. I wanted to buy an acoustic guitar with case, too, so that is my couple hundred EUR that will go to Thomann....

Came from Prague, love this kind of a store. We have only one. I spent 2 hours here, mostly played guitars. Nice range to compare, Allhambra, Yamaha. But as I expect, nicest guitar for me is not expensive. See my photo from store....

They have quite a big selection of musical instruments such as guitars, bass, drumsets, keyboards, trumpets, ukuleles, clarinets, you name it! Everything is separated into sections and you get to test some instruments and get a true feel for them. They also have some accessories for the instruments so you don't have to go anywhere else for those. So far we have bought a guitar and a midi keyboard here and the people working were quite helpful and friendly. I believe you can also get lessons here or I at least saw some flyers/posters about it. No complaints here other than the fact that every time we visit we really want to buy everything!
