Loved the idea behind this particular gallery based on unorthodox musical instruments. But I give 4 not 5 because it should be more clear to the public that to really enjoy the soul of the musical instruments mixed into your living space you had to be there for certain times of the day on certain times of the week. I saw a guitar made completely from parts of guns... Very cool
The place was really matching with their art nuseum as it is. Definitely I will back here again !
As far as I know, they do not have a perminent exhibition. Last week, I visited 2 exhibitions; one about female artists including Frida Kahlo, one is by Richard Jackson. Both were really amazing. I recommend you to buy your ticket online because there was a very long line in front of the cashier. Also, you can buy a combined ticket to save some money.
The expo \König der Tiere\ displays some stunning animal's paintings. If you have kids over 4 don't forget to bring them to the mini Schirn before or after the visit ;)
