Finger weg! Vorbereitung auf Vorstellungsgespräch Fehlanzeige. Die lassen Personen antanzen, die von weither kommen (auf eigene Kosten, versteht sich). In meinem Fall war dem Chef überhaupt nicht bekannt, dass ich aus München angereist bin. Ich hatte im Vorfeld explizit nachgefragt, ob das Thema, das ich nicht abdecken konnte, relevant wäre, was da verneint wurde. Während des Gespräches wurde mir dann gleich erklärt, dass genau dieses Thema essentiell für die Arbeit wäre. So was chaotisches. Meine Aufforderung, dann wenigstens die Reisekosten zu übernehmen, wenn sie sich schon auf die Vorstellungsgespräche nicht vorbereiten und sehr großzügig mit anderer Leute Zeit umgehen, wurde selbstverständlich abschlägig beschieden.
