The receptionist is absolutely obnoxious, i changed doctor just not to meet her. the doctor couldnt diagnose my daughter, said \he needed to talk about it with the colleagues \. if u have another choice, go somewhere else. i put one star just because is not possible to put zero stars

I come with big blue toe and after 3min and X-ray doctor said that is not broken.. \u200d️ after 3 weeks it’s still blue and hurting, hope It’s gonna heal.. I ask for description for my insurance (privat from injury’s) so they said they will send it to my family doctor.. it takes 2 weeks and I have to come and ask 4 times (loosing my lunchbreak) so they always said - we already send it, while my doctor said - I didn’t get nothing.. They didn’t send nothing! or did something wrong, so today I come again and ask (really nice) can I get my description.. girl (super not nice) in reception, no sorry no nothing. Looked to me like to retired person and just Drop the paper on the desk and said cius \u200d️ In description written that it’s only “Zehenprellung” so i loose money from insurance.. and time for getting one paper who says nothing \u200d️ Thanks! Newer gonna come back

Die Orthopädie am Zoo ist absolut vorbildlich und hat ein exzellentes Team ! Sowohl der Herr Dr. Jahr , als auch der Herr Dr. Fischer, und der Herr Dr. Hamm sind absolut kompetent, einfühlsam hilfsbereit und verantwortungsbewusst ! Ich möchte aufgrund dessen die Praxis weiter empfehlen !!!

Ich bin mit der gesamten Praxis äußerst zufrieden. Dr. Hamm hat mein Knie operiert und das Ergebnis ist super. Ebenso sind auch die anderen Ärzte und PraixismitarbeiterInen durchweg immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dass die Praxis telefonisch nicht zu erreichen ist, dem kann ich nicht zustimmen. Auch waren die Termine, die ich bekam immer zeitlich angemessen. Für mich gibt es keine andere Orthopädische Praxis.

1 Stunde und 20 Minuten Versuch einen telefonischen Termin zu vereinbaren. Aber konnte ich nicht. Obwohl ich mehr als 40 Minuten erst in der Warteschlange war, ging keiner dran. Sehr peinlich so eine lange Zeit aufzuwarten.

Ich habe mich in der Praxis gut aufgehoben und verstanden gefühlt. Des Weiteren bin ich sehr dankbar dafür, dass man mir noch Übungsblätter zugesendet hat. Das Team ist super nett und die Ärzte geben sich alle Mühe einem zu helfen )
