Many years ago a work project took us (2 adults) from America to Frankfurt. We stayed for about 5 months at these wonderful apartments. We had a two level unit that was beautiful and very clean. A large cook-in kitchen and a roomy lounge attached. An office and bedroom on upper level! A most beautiful place. Parking was a little tough at times. Five-stars.

I stayed in Derag Livinghotel Johannes Wolfgang Appartements for 6 months. My apartment was quite small, but cozy, and had everything you might need for a long stay. It was renovated and well cleaned every week (especially the bathroom). The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette fully furnished (although not ideal if you want to cook complicated stuff as it is really small!). The staff was always nice and ready to help in case of need. Reception is open 24h. There are enough washing machines and dryers for all the people. One small but equipped gym is also available in the basement.

I put up at a studio apartment in Derag Livinghotel for a duration of 2 weeks. The stay was near perfect. The rooms were clean, the staff was courteous and all the facilities were in good condition. The wifi connectivity was very good and the hotel premises is serene and pretty close to a train station. I would recommend the place to anyone looking for a short or long term stay.

Good place to live for short time. It has sBahn Ubahn (Frankfurt Süd) on walking distance of 1km however you can take bus (45) as well. Super markets are also near.

Nice and clean hotel, situated in a good neighborhood. Very close to the bus station. The personnel was very kind and always happy and ready to help. Generally, a pleasant atmosphere in the hotel (esp. Wednesday evening), with proper facilities (kitchen, washing machine, parking space) for longer stays. I enjoyed my stay at Derag Hotel and, if necessary, I will not hesitate to book a room again here.

The check in process was smooth despite our early arrival, which was made possible by the Front desk Manager. For the entire month duration of our stay, we had 3 different rooms in total due to our extensions. Therefore, we have seen 3 rooms in all levels. The rooms are dirty and even with cleaning service weekly, they’re still filthy especially the bathrooms. The kitchen needs proper cleaning as well. The walls are greasy and stoves are stained. Towels and toilet paper rolls were not replenished on a regular basis therefore we had to go several times to the reception. The receptionist however refused to give us more than 1 toilet roll saying, we can only get more during our cleaning service (which was 1 week ago already). He eventually did after telling him that we are 3 people in the room and definitely needed more than 1! We bought toilet paper rolls ourselves after this incident. He also smokes inside the reception which is against the German law on smoking inside the building/office. It was truly bad especially I always had to come to the reception with my 2-year-old son. And once he decided to step out to smoke, we had to wait for him to finish his cigarette before we got attended to. The general manager of the hotel must take a closer look to its daily operations. It needs a major revamp!
