Pretty bad after sales service. Brought in a Rolex Datejust bought 2 years ago for an issue regarding seconds accuracy. Team was unable to give any feedback or idea of when the watch would be ready (despite regular calls to check my watch status). When i finally received it back, the Wempe team was totally unable to explain what was wrong and what Rolex changed. After covid-19 confinement ended, i started wearing my watch regularly. And recently noticed the seconds are still not accurate... Have to take it to another Rolex dealership. But never again to Wempe Frankfurt.

Door was opened by a greeter and no joke, I was inside the store looking around the displays and then eventually sat myself down for 10 minutes and not one staff member approached me. Unbelievable!!! After this I had enough and just walked out. Not spending my money here. If you don’t even do me the courtesy of acknowledging my existence. In all 3 out of 3 stores of Wempe in Frankfurt, all within close proximity of each other treat customers exactly the same. (Please see my reviews). All are rude and or do not acknowledge your existence. Don’t bother wasting your hard earned money at Wempe.

Good place, although they make you feel a bit uncomfortable at first. Was first served by an elderly lady and she was a bit grumpy. A second lady attended to me and all was fine. Her English was perfect and explained everything about the product I bought. She even gave me time to consult with my daughter via WhatsApp. Am very happy with the purchase. The lady's name who served me was Ms Viviane Kiefer. Well done. I will return.
