A little bit off-the-beaten-track from Frankfurt hot spots, but nice location. Friendly service and very tasty food and very good Apple Wine (Äppelwoi). Goodie: Corner for children to play.

I was here in early December for a birthday gathering, and actually had been here in 2018 when they were showing the World Cup. I absolutely love this place. I am absolutely sure that this is THE BEST schnitzel in Deutschland. No joke. Just order the Frankfurt Schnitzel and it is absolutely perfect - the schnitzel and the grüne Soße is generous, the potatoes are a few, but I don’t mind (I usually can never finish the side potatoes in a German meal, it’s just not a normal portion) - but the crumb is just sooooo delicious and perfect. I cannot go on about it enough! Friends also ordered other things, like the Käsespätzle and they were delicious too. Things to remember: reserve ahead for big groups or for Friday/weekend evenings. Parking can be an issue so public transport is advisable. If you bike there, there is a space in the driveway to lock your bicycle. I highly recommend that you go here, it is perfect. I can’t wait to go again!
