Rating: 2/5 stars as it could have been even worse with no repair of the damage caused and no discount at all. Overall experience: disappointing (I will not go there again and cannot recommend the place). When I left the shop the last time another customer also left and told me he just decided to forego his EUR 50 down payment as the shop would not refund him although their service was weeks overdue. Communication: very poor and rude (did not communicate delay, did not suggest a solution, did not mention they had damaged the picture and tried hiding it although quite obvious, did not offer a discount for damage caused - only granted one when I insisted) Time: 57% longer than agreed in writing (11 weeks instead of 7) Quality of work: * consultancy during purchase: very good advice, considered my wishes * execution: 1st attempt: very poor (picture damaged, did not even try to repair it), 2nd attempt: alright (still visible, yet reasonable repair of the damage caused; but over 5 inclusions of dust/particles under sealed glass - only removed upon my explicit request) Pricing: * initially agreed on price: in line with competition * given the damage caused, poor communication, and time taken, the discount offered was inadequately low

Before covid time was not top but ok, now is not anymore acceptable... hope they will improve their organisation and their customer service and orientation.

Nice people and average prices, just how you would expect it. especially useful when just needing some minor household items, as all other hardware shops are located further away from the city center

Ich habe hier drei mir kostbare Bilder rahmen lassen. Die Beratung war sehr gut - er hat mir Alternativen gezeigt und alles geklärt und auch jeden Kostenpunkt begründet. Er war anfänglich allerdings etwas ruppig. Die Arbeit wurde schneller als angekündigt ausgeführt (ca. 4 Wochen statt 6-8). Bei Abholung konnte ich die Bilder mit viel Zeit begutachten. Insgesamt ist die Arbeit hervorragend und ich habe rein gar nichts zu beanstanden. Die Bedingung war auch sehr freundlich. Insgesamt: klare Empfehlung für hochwertige Arbeit.

Wir haben hier eine individuelle Arbeitsplatte für unsere Küche anfertigen lassen und sind begeistert! Wir hatten eine ungefähre Vorstellung, wie das Ganze schlussendlich aussehen sollte und wurden von Anfang bis Ende professionell betreut. Am Ende wurde sogar die Montage übernommen, so dass wir uns um nichts mehr kümmern mussten. Großartig! Vielen Dank an das ganze Team.
