While the facilities are great, the coaching program that we experienced was an absolute joke. The woman we spoke to on the phone was not the coach designated for our that is how she represented it to us. We instead had a young, inexperienced, no-energy (not low-energy but absolutely no-energy) substitute. It was so bad and the kids were so bored. No communication, no coordination about the classes. It was clear that they did not care about you, your kids or anything except taking your money. If you live in Frankfurt, we suggest SC Frankfurt 1880 e.V. or Makkabi. Anywhere but here.
