Excellent service from the information centre staff. They are knowledgable and very passionate about Frankfurt. The location of the Information Centre is located conveniently near the Town Hall and St. Paul's Church. Highly recommend you to make a visit and seek for tips and recommendations for restaurants, museums, exhibition, conferences, hotels, sightseeing landmarks, etc.

I talked with a man. It looked like he didn’t want to attend us. He spoke very fast with strong german accent. Was difficult understand. He sold me a map (0,6) and he didn’t explain anything. Althought we asked. I’m very unhappy.

You get postcards and souvenirs here and the person at the desk gave out good information. Gave a four star because, I was given the name of the place but wasn’t provided with directions in a map. There is room for improvement.
