The climb up to the top of the cathedral tower is worth it for the best views of Frankfurt. It’s a lovely sight to have the old market square contrasted with skyscrapers on the horizon. The church is grand and magical and this is ‘the’ must go to location if you’re in Frankfurt
Definitely a highlight in Frankfurt if you only have one day. Don't miss this roof top staircase on the back side. Only 3 to climb 330 steps! Best view in Frankfurt.
Nice to visit when you are visiting Frankfurt and walk around city center and iron bridge and old market area
St. Bartholomew's Emperor's Cathedral, the largest church in Frankfurt am Main where coronation ceremonies of Holy Roman Emperors used to take place. Note that they don't allow to make pictures of the interior (not that it was that interesting, though). There is a youth choir accompanying mass which is definitely worth while listening. Also, you may climb to the rooftop for amazing view. Do this only if you have walking shoes and water - otherwise, taking an elevator may be a reasonable alternative.
