The guy at the desk was very nice and friendly.Therefore 1 star. This does not minimize the very bad feeling that FlyPoint left to me: I hab to book a new flight for two persons who missed their flight due to an endless line in front of the passport control.I paid for the new booking THREE !! times the price it would have cost me if I had booked on my own via Internet! Unfortunately I noticed to late!

Der indische Service Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich und besorgt um meine Situation, hierfür 1 Stern. Ich verpasste einen Flug und wendete mich an FlyPoint. Dort wurde mir ein Ticket für knapp 400 Euro für den nächsten Flug verkauft. Später beim Check-In teilte mir der Mitarbeiter mit, dass dies viel zu teuer war. Normalerweise hätte der Flug nur etwa 180 gekostet. 220Euro Aufschwung!!! AUF KEINEN FALL ZU EMPFEHLEN!
