Called up the clinic to book an appointment for a consultation as suggested by the website. The lady on the other end informed that the clinic does not accept new patients. So either their patients never get better and keep coming back or something is seriously wrong with the mindset of the doctors at this practice.

Literally impossible to reach. I have tried for two weeks straight even to reach the clinic by telephone. The 'out of office' message still comes easily 30 minutes after they are 'officially' open, and up to 30 minutes before they are 'officially closed'. When you don't get the 'out of office', you get the busy tone. And when you don't get the busy tone, it just rings and rings and no-one bothers to pick up the phone. This is outrageously frustrating!
I find Dr.Rommel is a really good and compassionate about his work. I've found Praxis Dr.Rommel was the only one open when other Dermatology and Allergy Clinics in Offenbach and in the city of Frankfurt closed due to the summer holiday. I was attended by his warm and efficient assistants at the reception counter and Dr.Rommel was kind enough to see me even though i didn't have any appointment due to my worsening skin allergy called Urticaria. I didn't have to wait long unlike in other praxis. The praxis is clean, modern and nice and I was prescribed an anti-allergy medication at first but unfortunately it didn't help much and went again to see him for the second time after a week and was given a second phase medication treatment for it and was suggested for a blood and stool test the next day. The meds helped to slow down the outbreak of my hives and i feel there is a slight of hope for me to get better. Today i received a call from Dr.Rommel to deliver me my much awaited result. I am so glad I came to see him and found what causes my Urticaria. So...thank you very much Dr.Rommel and staffs for your kind attention.

Mein Partner war heute zum ersten Mal in der Praxis von Dr. Rommel. Er ist total begeistert. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und der Arzt hat sehr gründlich untersucht. Eine Stelle an der Haut wurde sofort gelasert, nach gründlicher Aufklärung. Hier wird man nicht kalt abgefertigt. Eine nette Unterhaltung darf auch nicht fehlen. Wie schon in meiner ersten Rezension erwähnt, einfach Klasse und wir sind sehr zufrieden.
Vielen Dank liebes Praxis Team und ganz besonders an Dr. Rommel. Ein wirklich super guter Hautarzt der sich Zeit nimmt und seine Patienten nicht im Schnelldurchgang abfertigt. Ich bekam schnell und unkompliziert bei meinem Problem geholfen. Der beste Hautarzt den ich kenne! Kann ich bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.
