Dr Dogan is the best orthopedist. I had very bad experience before in Frankfurt. And I’m very lucky to find Dr Dogan. He is extremely professional, speaks fluently english, explains everything in detail, takes time to listen his patients. Very nice and modern praxis, employees at reception are very professional and friendly, they also speak english.

Dr. Dogan was great. He speaks fluent English, which for a non German like myself is very helpful - and takes his time listening and explaining. He came up with a treatment strategy and also mentioned what the alternatives could be if it failed. When I left, I felt less anxious and more confident that I will recover from the issue that brought me there in the first place.

It looks that there is a clear wish to keep the patients away even in acute cases. I have strong pain in my neck for a number of days, but it seems that there is no empathy to that. Lucky for me I had an appointment set a few weeks ago wanted is to advance it. I was ready to wait the in Praxis for a slot. The answer was - there is no way and the advise of the man on the line was take Ibuprufen, :-) In my understanding doctors are to help and not hide behind bureaucratic statements. I would suggest to review the attitude,

Unlike most orthopaedics in Frankfurt, Dr Vagt listens to his patients and examines them properly. I find this quality very important. I have had far too many bad experiences with doctors in Frankfurt who claim no responsibility for their patients' wellbeing and refuse to listen to what the patients have to say about their conditions in order to take appropriate measures. Although he is very busy and one must wait approximately one month to get an appointment with him (if publicly insured), it is still worth it. The support staff is also generally helpful and polite.

It was really a pleasant experience. He even took his time to explain the injury to me showing images from google.
