DON'T use this airline. Never ever on time. No direct flights except frankfurt and in frankfurt you will miss any connection because CA is allways late. Have no clue why are they in star alliance.

Don't take the Frankfurt - Zagreb flight with this company. They had delay every day this week. Today is Friday and again they had over an hour delay. Take Lufthansa instead. You get better value for your money

Don't fly with this airline if you need to be on time. Can't remember when they were not late in the last two years (flights to and from Zagreb). Be careful because 2hrs between flights might not be enough with this airline. I could understand being late on evening flights, but really can't understand being late on the second flight in a day. 2 stars because planes are clean and on board staff professional. Ground staff is often nowhere to be seen, potentially not to have to deal with angry customers.
