Despite the good reviews, my experience was different. They didn’t let me move in the day I wanted but the next day, even the apartment was available. I didn’t get the welcome tour as per the contract. The next day I moved in, one guy from the building staff got into my apartment without notice just to provide some articles missing (I was inside and felt I had no privacy, the staff can access the apartment whenever they want). Very expensive for the value/size, and the cleaning should be at least twice per month, ideally once per week, and not only once per month. Also you have to pay for the laundry machines, which you have to share with others residents. Besides our communication through email, I never met officially Mrs. Büttner but only the last day when she came to have an inspection on my apartment before I moved out (5 months later). At certain point I felt I was doing what she wanted, and never got what I was requesting: misinformed about the ARD-2DF-Deutschlandrandio Beitragsservice, and intended to cancel my last reservation 4 weeks prior as per contract, she refused to do so, she only wanted the rent payment. Even she apparently tried to help, I can’t say any of her help was effective and efficient, zero results! For the record, I always paid on time and always followed the rules, nobody can complain. On the other hand (and that’s why I rate 2/5 and no 1), the location was convenient: tram and bus stop just in front of the building, one supermarket across the street, and many restaurants/bar/parks/etc options around the area.

Modern ausgestattete Apartments, die alles notwendige bieten. Die 2 Monate haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Bei der nächsten Projektphase komme ich gerne wieder.

Jederzeit wieder!! Bisher immer nur im Hotel gebucht bei Projektarbeiten, diesmal ein Apartment. Alles nötige war vorhanden. Durch die Küche mit KühlschrankEisfach, Backofen, Herd und Mikrowelle konnte man sich selbst verpflegen. WLAN war top. Alles wichtige was man braucht war vorhanden. Einfach bei der Abwicklung/Buchung und Ansprechpartnerin war gut erreichbar. Top!

Apartment hat mir sehr gefallen. Es war gemütlich und wohnlich. Das beste war die sehr gute Internetanbindung gewesen mit eigenem Router im Apartment und SMART-TV zum Online Filme schauen. Deutlich bessere Entscheidung als Hotel gewesen!!! So habe ich mich während der 6 Monate, in denen ich in Frankfurt war, mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
