Fantastic service and very Professional! As I live in Frankfurt am Main, I was going to travel to Köln to see the watch if I like. (As it is a big purchase, I personally wanted to see the watch in person before the payment.) They arranged my appointment very smoothly with a good care, and got me the information about new Chronext office in Frankfurt. So I didn't have to travel to Köln, they shipped the watch very quickly and I was able to see and buy the watch just in a couple of days since I made the phone call for the first time. How great! The manager Sarah Rother welcomed, helped me very well with the all questions I had and also the watch and the all information about watch in general. I would definitely come back when I plan to collect another watch and also recommend my friends! Thank you once again for the good care and the service!
