I had LASIK operation done at Artemis Klinik in Frankfurt and it has been a very good experience. The medical stuff is friendly, they speak English and explain the process. Appointments were pretty easy to schedule and the waiting times were kept to a minimum. The facility is clean and bright.

Called the clinic but each time that i call them a girl hanged up the call. Probably she didn't know how to speak English. I'm very frustrated with this kind of attitude.
Zeitnah Termin erhalten, kurze Wartezeit, Ärzte und Team super nett und kompetent. Schnelle Diagnose eines Loches in der Netzhaut, sofort einen Termin in der Augenklinik zum Lasern gemacht. Ich bin rundherum zufrieden!
Ich habe keinen Eingriff vornehmen lassen, war aber trotzdem sehr angetan. Das aus folgendem Grund. Augenlaserhäuser leben - vom Augenlasern. Nehme ich an. Wenn ein solches Haus mir nach eingehender Untersuchung also von einem Eingriff abrät, dann sagt das m. E. etwas über die interne Gewichtung 'Patientenwohl - Geldverdienen'. Das gilt m. E. umso mehr, als man mir an anderer Stelle, bei Euroeyes, sofort einen OP-Termin geben wollte. Vielen Dank also für die ehrliche Beratung, für die ich zudem genau 0 Euro bezahlt habe.
