I understand there are terrific storms in Berlin, but telling my wife she needs to go to Frankfurt to file a lost luggage claim when her bag is almost certainly in Berlin is completely unacceptable. Even more unacceptable is the availability of a phone number to talk to a human being to try and resolve the issue. I will never book a flight with Air Berlin again.

Friendly staff and comfortable plane. Slightly delayed (20 minutes) but through no fault of the airline, only the airport. Would highly recommend!

The most horrible flight & service you can expect. They sent us a message in the morning that flight is 2 hours delayed, from 5 to 7pm. When we get to airport at 5:30, the check in gate was closed. They said regardless the delay we has to show up before 5pm! They sent us to another location to check our bags in. And needless to say they didn't deliver the bags, and worst of all the agents on the other side, couldn't care less to help! They simply said we don't know where three bags are & we can't help!

AVOID this airline at all cost. Unless you are willing to pay a lot more money than what you already paid to book your ticket be prepared to have a nightmare flight. One of the most unpleasant experiences my family and I had flying with them.

Every single one of my flights from New York to Germany and back were either significantly delayed or canceled. For the canceled flight, airBerlin offered no help or compensation.

ursprünglicher Flug wurde einfach gestrichen - ich als Kunde wurde nicht informiert, habe es nur durch Bekannte erfahren, die den gleichen Flug gebucht haben. Dann es ist auch noch unmöglich die Hotline zu erreichen - erst 5 mal aus der Leitung geworfen worden, dann 60 min in der Schleife gehangen und wieder aus der Leitung geworfen.... aber immerhin habe ich mir 60 min die Werbung anhören können, wie toll die Business Class von Air Berlin ist... Nie wieder...

Noch nie pünktlich mit Air Berlin geflogen. Stewardess weigert sich Verspätungsformular zu verteilen, da man "sich eh nur beschweren will".... Fluggastrechte sind Fremdwort... Kontakt nur noch über Flightright... ansonsten reagiert Air Berlin nicht

So einen unterirdischen Service habe ich noch nie erlebt. Am liebsten würde ich weniger als 1 Stern geben. Mein Flugticket wurde ohne jegliches zutun 'suspended'. Dadurch habe ich eine wesentlich teuere Alternative nehmen müssen. Die Sache liegt nun bei meinem Anwalt. Die Servicekräfte haben Nullahnung und sind auch noch frech bis geht nicht mehr. Es war das letzte Mal bei dieser ********** Möchte gern Airline gebucht zu haben. Mal sehen wie lange die Ünerleben....
