Interesting place, but You don't have any chance to help from people. Total shock.
Nice train station with all necessary amenities
The worst mainline station I have visited. There are no porters and no luggage trolleys and no one to help you if like my wife and I you have lots of luggage. All the more ironic if you are travelling first class. The whole station is like a shopping center, but the amenities that a traveller needs are hard to find. Overall you will find better services in less prestigious locations.
It’s a nice Station, also many markets that you could eat and rest till your departure time.
