Took the car (1994 Ford Escort) in for a replacement from left indicator and front bumper on insurance. The garage forgot to put the light bulb in the indicator housing. They replaced the bumper. On the phone I was told it was not the original colour, but a dark grey colour. When I picked the car up, it was a very light grey, and looked ridiculous. Not like an original part at all. It was also not new. When I phone the garage to complain, they said they would put the old bumper back on for 100 Euros. I believe the garage lied about the replacement bumper becuase they could get more money from the insurance. End result - I will pick the old bumper up from the garage and replace it myself, email a letter of complaint to Ford, and contact the insurance company to let them know the situation and hopefully withold payment until they do the work they should have done originally.

Super zufrieden fast 200 günstiger als bei unserem Ford für den großen Service 385 statt 570 bei unserm Ford. Öl durfte man zwar nicht mitbringen, jetzt ist 5w20 statt 5w30 drinne aber sonst war alles supi um 9 Uhr abgegeben und sogar zwei h früher als erwartet fertig gewesen. Insgesamt freundlicher Service definitiv weiter zu empfehlen und mit uns haben sie neue Stammkunden gewonnen
